2. Bookings

  • Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of booking, including property access and any special requirements.

3. Services Provided

  • We offer regular cleaning, deep cleans, Airbnb turnover, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and other domestic cleaning services in Fulham and surrounding areas.
  • All services are carried out by trained, vetted, and insured cleaning professionals.
  • Service outcomes may vary based on property condition, materials used, and the client’s specific requests.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a 50% charge.
  • Missed appointments due to denied access or no-show may be charged at full rate.

5. Client Obligations

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the property and provide necessary amenities including water, electricity, and cleaning tools (if not supplied by us).
  • The property must be free from hazardous conditions or substances.
  • Valuables should be secured, and any delicate items or problem areas should be disclosed in advance.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
  • Recurring services are billed on a weekly/monthly basis, depending on the agreement.

7. Liability

  • Maid in Fulham carries public liability and accidental damage insurance.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to unstable or faulty items.
  • All claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

8. Satisfaction and Complaints

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • Where applicable, we will offer a free re-clean of the affected area.
  • Complaints received after this timeframe may not qualify for any compensation.

9. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate ongoing agreements with 7 days’ notice.
  • Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of these terms or if unsafe working conditions are encountered.
